To take the Federation and the sport into the 21st century, the management structure of IFNA was completely revised in January 2000. This included the creation of International Netball Federation Limited, incoporated as a company and registered in the Isle of Man but continuing to trade as IFNA.
IFNA now has a Board of Directors comprising of a President, Vice President, Finance Director, Independent and five elected regional representatives. An additional Board Director resides in the Isle of Man. The Board are responsible for the key decisions regarding the business of the Federation in between Congress, held every two years. The Board presides over the activity of the IFNA Secretariat and currently meets three times a year, usually outside the UK. Minutes and reports of meetings are lodged with the Company Secretary, Karen Jones, in the Isle of Man.
The current members of the Board will serve a minimum term of four years, until Congress 2011.
