IFNA has recently undertaken a comprehensive review to streamline and update its governing policies and procedures. This has resulted in a new governance framework for the Board and its advisory Committees and Panels, that separates strategic and operational areas ensuring there is appropriate expertise and knowledge at every level to support the organisation.
The model includes the introduction of new Strategic Sub-committees to advise the IFNA Board of Directors, namely:
- Commercial Committee*
- Game Committee
- Audit & Finance Committee
- Medical Committee
To support these Committees, three new Advisory Panels have been set up to deal with specialist and technical areas undertaken by the current Committees namely:
- Coaching Advisory Panel
- Rules Advisory Panel
- Match Officials Advisory Panel
